1: Ginseng Tea

Take some fresh ginseng roots and cut its thin layer. Now take a cup of hot water and add one tsp of ginseng to it. Steep it for a few minutes and later, strain the decoction.

Note:
Don’t use boiling water as it may destroy the benefits of this herb.
Consumption of ginseng tea on a long-term basis may develop the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Hence, it is advised to consult a doctor before you start drinking this tea.
36. Paullinia Cupana

This is a natural appetite suppressant that helps reduce overeating, and thus, promotes weight loss. Consume 2-4 grams of Paullinia Cupana in the morning.

Note:
Since, this herb has numerous adverse effects, so it should be consumed moderately.
Not recommended for young children and pregnant women.

2: Chia seeds

These are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and a good alternative to fish oil capsules. They are also rich in fiber, iron and calcium, apart from being a good antioxidant. But, conversion of the alpha linolenic acid into DHA or EPA happens through a process, unlike in fish oil tablets, where they’re directly available. You can add these to your breakfast in cereal, salads, and soups or in yogurt.

3:Cinnamon

Next time you call for tea, coffee, smoothies, toasts of cereal or desserts, consider adding some cinnamon powder to it. It not only tastes better, but will help you lose body weight. Make sure you use only ground cinnamon and not cinnamon bark oil as it leads to ulcers.

4: Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe Vera is packed with several medicinal properties that help prevent severe ailments. In addition, aloe-vera juice reduces extra body fat. Blend 30 gram aloe vera juice with 3 gram each of turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, tinospora cordifolia powder and terminalia chebula powder respectively. Add half a glass of water and one tsp of honey if required.

5. Coconut Oil

Fatty acids present in coconut oil boost up the metabolism and help reduce the abdominal fat. It can help you feel fuller for long time. This doesn’t mean you go overboard, have only two tablespoons a day.

6. Bottle gourd juice

Bottle Gourd is known for its rich fiber content.  It can cool down one’s body and is one of the most widely used vegetables in weight loss regimes. Bottle Gourd juice not only keeps you full, but has zero fat content, and hence, reduces cholesterol.

7. Celery

Celery helps reduce blood pressure and trim down weight as well. Celery is well off with vitamin C and calcium. It is high in fiber and low in calories. To reduce belly fat, have a small cup of celery juice before your meal or consume it as soups, but it’s the best when consumed raw.

8: Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Fish oil is loaded with omega 3 fatty acids that help break down the fat. However, fried fish doesn’t count as it loses the richness. Tuna, salmon and mackerel can be eaten. You can replace these with chia seeds.
